What is an Organized Health Care Arrangement?

Eastside Health Network participates in an Organized Health Care Arrangement. In an OHCA, EHN's participating providers can exchange health information of patients for health care operations purposes without the need for current or past treatment relationships with such patients. 

EHN may disclose Confidential Information to third parties, including but not limited to third parties that operate health information exchanges accessible by other entities that are not EHN Participants, as necessary to further EHN’s Clinical Improvement Program initiatives
